Buying medication online via E-Pharmacy is 100% legal. We only sell genuine UK medication. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, this is the same regulatory body for Brick-and-Mortar Pharmacies. You can check out more about our licence by clicking on the GPHC logo in the website footer.
How do I know that I am receiving legitimate medication?
Our service is only available to people over the age of 18. This is a legal restriction set by our regulatory body to keep minors safe. Some medications that we sell also have an upper age limit.
As we run as an online service and do not see our patients in person, we need to validate that you are over the age of 18 with a quick check using your name, date of birth and address against national databases like the electoral roll.
Refunds if you change your mind
We cannot offer refunds on medication once they have been dispensed by a Pharmacist and despatched to you. This is because the medication is classed as a personalised good, which includes the fee for a private prescription issued by one of our prescribers. We cannot reuse medication returned to us and these have to be destroyed in a safe manner.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind. This is for safety reasons as we will not be able to re-sell returned medication.
Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste, please take medication to your local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely.
Refunds on faulty items
In the unlikely event that a medication has been delivered faulty or has been damaged via transit, we are happy to issue a replacement upon receipt of the item.
Refunds for other reasons
Refunds may also be issued for the following reasons
Our NHS is currently suffering from staff shortages, budget cuts of £330 million, impossible wait times for non-urgent health issues, massive appointment backlogs, fax machines, and the ongoing impact of a pandemic. All of this means individual patients are suffering. People are being pushed to manage their own health and the internet can be fairly dangerous.
E-Pharmacy is a fully regulated alternative. We’re on a mission to support 10,000,000 patients and provide people with a safe, affordable, and accessible option that puts them back in control of their health.
